About the Role
Responsibilities:
He / She should have a deep understanding of digital marketing to support the client's digital marketing efforts and should be updated with the latest and popular developments in the world of digital marketing.
Focus on communications, brand building , handle digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns and content strategies
Work with partners to strategize social media presence
Participate in strategic planning, assessment and reporting. Support collection and analysis of metrics, analytics and ROI reporting
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
Assist in the formulation of Online Reputation Management (ORM) strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers
Drive engagement and reach for all digital assets of the brand
Support the corporate communications team in events, internal communications, leadership presentations and special projects as and when required.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should be a Post Graduate (MBA) with a 7-10 years of experience in handling brand communications which should include minimum 5 years experience/ strong exposure to digital marketing in a big organization / agency. The candidate should be well-versed in the concepts surrounding digital marketing and its platform-wise applications to engage with the brand and build campaigns around it.
Should have strong experience in handling stakeholder and brand communications. Should have the ability to jointly plan-design, independently measure and report digital marketing campaigns
Should have strong understanding of marketing roles in a professional organization - marketing communications, campaigns, operations, reporting and application to social media management
Must be an expert in digital and social platforms like Websites, Blogs, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn and OTT, with a proven track record of delivering results
Relevant courses done in digital marketing space is an added advantage
Should have the ability to integrate various technologies to support marketing efforts with advanced expertise in campaign management
Ability to collaborate with large cross functional teams
Outstanding verbal and written communications skills with an eye for detail
Must be self-driven and able to lead and projects on their own with minimum supervision.
Commitment to deliver projects in a timely manner
Extended working as and when work demand arises
