About the Role

Responsibilities:


  • He / She should have a deep understanding of digital marketing to support the client's digital marketing efforts and should be updated with the latest and popular developments in the world of digital marketing.

  • Focus on communications, brand building , handle digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns and content strategies

  • Work with partners to strategize social media presence

  • Participate in strategic planning, assessment and reporting. Support collection and analysis of metrics, analytics and ROI reporting

  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)

  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights

  • Assist in the formulation of Online Reputation Management (ORM) strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers

  • Drive engagement and reach for all digital assets of the brand

  • Support the corporate communications team in events, internal communications, leadership presentations and special projects as and when required.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should be a Post Graduate (MBA) with a 7-10 years of experience in handling brand communications which should include minimum 5 years experience/ strong exposure to digital marketing in a big organization / agency. The candidate should be well-versed in the concepts surrounding digital marketing and its platform-wise applications to engage with the brand and build campaigns around it.


  • Should have strong experience in handling stakeholder and brand communications. Should have the ability to jointly plan-design, independently measure and report digital marketing campaigns

  • Should have strong understanding of marketing roles in a professional organization - marketing communications, campaigns, operations, reporting and application to social media management

  • Must be an expert in digital and social platforms like Websites, Blogs, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn and OTT, with a proven track record of delivering results

  • Relevant courses done in digital marketing space is an added advantage

  • Should have the ability to integrate various technologies to support marketing efforts with advanced expertise in campaign management

  • Ability to collaborate with large cross functional teams

  • Outstanding verbal and written communications skills with an eye for detail

  • Must be self-driven and able to lead and projects on their own with minimum supervision.

  • Commitment to deliver projects in a timely manner

  • Extended working as and when work demand arises
