About the Role
Study design briefs and determine requirements
Creating and delivering motion graphics for various media
Working with art and creative teams to select audio, video, colours, animation, etc. for graphic design
Brainstorm, conceptualize & create kickass designs for social media calendars, offline and online use for both brands & in house operations
Create effective visual designs for campaigns (offline & online)
Conceptualize and execute visuals based on requirements – statics, videos, use of AI
Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
Work with copywriters and Creative Supervisors to produce final design in the defined period
Test graphics across various media also can amend designs after feedback
Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
Forecast design needs and keep abreast with the industry trends
Edit raw video footages where necessary and add special effects to enhance the graphics, select and edit video tracks for the animation
Edit artwork illustrations and infographics used in the animation
Requirements
Visual design components are well controlled. A typography and grid systems expert as well as an expert in color and composition. Animate the design artifacts and think of them as moving objects
Strong aesthetics with expertise in designing motion graphics using Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier, and related motion graphics software
Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for quality combined with speed and efficiency, as well as being able to work remotely
Wildly creative and obsessively meticulous along with a fearless and positive attitude
Ability to work with infographic artwork with speed and precision
Ownership and accountability for work and outcomes—with a dedication to the details and the big picture—and a focus on the best outcomes
Relevant working experience in motion graphics, video editing with an impressive body of work
Deep understanding of fundamental visual design disciplines (typography, iconography, composition, colour, composition, layout, etc.)
Minimum Bachelor's degree in graphics design, interaction design, fine arts, or a related design discipline
Business-level English a must, additional languages a plus
Proves their facility in translating high-level ideas into unique visual styles and directions, and breaking those down to the elemental level
