About the Role
Responsibilities
Conceptualization and execution of design solutions in the form of images & videos for the marketing team.
Translate team requirements into highly engaging and compelling design concepts utilising a variety of digital media formats.
Working on a range of design pieces, ranging from social media posts to Ad Creatives to Web/UI design and full-scale visual communication design projects.
Thrive in collaborative environments with other members to brainstorm opportunities for more significant impact.
Taking ownership of the planning and execution of projects.
Develop innovative approaches to maximise brand presence in the right mediums.
Apply visual design principles, information design, typography, color, imagery, and iconography using key graphic design and authoring tools including but not limited to Photoshop, Illustrator, Microsoft PowerPoint, Apple Keynote, etc.
Requirements
Experience
3-5 years of experience in the relevant industry
Skill-Set
In-depth knowledge of design tools
Working experience on social media campaigns, digital campaigns for Facebook, LinkedIn, Google and Youtube, logo design and branding, etc
Have incredible attention to detail
Experience working for Consumer-Facing / D2C Brands
Ability to conceptualize and design themes quickly
Multitask and clear ability to work under pressure
Strong expertise in Graphic Design tools including but not limited to Adobe Suite of products
Should have experience in creating videos, gifs (not expecting the extreme professional levels)
