About the Role

  • Keep records of client interactions and transactions, recording details of tasks/jobs, client escalations, and comments, as well as actions taken.

  • Coordinating and making detailed proposals.

  • Refer unresolved client grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation.

  • Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on clients requests.

  • Identify and assess clients needs at the beginning and throughout the project..

  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with client accounts through open and interactive communication.

  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information to the team and clients.

  • Make sure all the client data is properly backed up for future reference.

  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.

  • Take the extra mile to engage with existing and sleeping clients

Requirements


  • 1-2 years of experience

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to anticipate the needs of customers

  • Must demonstrate strong analytical thinking skills

  • Should possess strong problem solving skills and the ability to make sound judgement calls

  • Superior organizational and time management skills

  • Knowledge of customer service programs and databases, or the ability to learn new software quickly

  • Innovative, creative thinking skills to ensure the organization is providing a cutting edge client experience

  • Ability to speak a second language is an asset
