About the Role
Keep records of client interactions and transactions, recording details of tasks/jobs, client escalations, and comments, as well as actions taken.
Coordinating and making detailed proposals.
Refer unresolved client grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation.
Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on clients requests.
Identify and assess clients needs at the beginning and throughout the project..
Build sustainable relationships and trust with client accounts through open and interactive communication.
Provide accurate, valid and complete information to the team and clients.
Make sure all the client data is properly backed up for future reference.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
Take the extra mile to engage with existing and sleeping clients
Requirements
1-2 years of experience
Excellent communication skills and the ability to anticipate the needs of customers
Must demonstrate strong analytical thinking skills
Should possess strong problem solving skills and the ability to make sound judgement calls
Superior organizational and time management skills
Knowledge of customer service programs and databases, or the ability to learn new software quickly
Innovative, creative thinking skills to ensure the organization is providing a cutting edge client experience
Ability to speak a second language is an asset
