Defining and developing a community management strategy
Organising various community building initiatives to cultivate and grow participation in community forums
Manage Social Media Campaign for various social media platform to align with marketing strategies
Monitor, track, and report on event feedback and stats
Coordinate with Marketing, PR and Communications teams
Implement social media strategies to increase engagement & followers
Publish content that meets the brand's communication style
Responding to customer inquiries & comments on social platforms in a timely manner
Monitor and provide feedback on engagement/conversation via social media channels to leadership
Boost brand awareness locally and in specific cities by launching outreach programs and mobilizing our existing partners
Build relationships with customers, industry professionals, and journalists
Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends specially AI, No-Code and Test Automation.
Requirements
Qualifications:
You have a degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
Proven work experience as a community manager or similar role
Experience planning and leading community initiatives
You must absolutely LOVE engaging with people and you should be VERY outgoing
Ability to identify and track relevant community KPIs
Excellent verbal and written skills
Excellent interpersonal and presentations skills
Hands on experience with social media management
Attention to detail, critical-thinker and problem-solver
Must Have:
Testing / Test Automation Domain background
Handled Tech Communities in the past.
