About the Role
Must work closely with the AR Dept.
Provide leadership, guidance and mentoring accounts receivables supervisor and team of processors.
Setting objectives and KPIs for the AR team.
Make sure the Policy of Credit Terms is adhered to.
Closely monitor the Ageing Report ensuring timely collection of payments.
Conduct regular meetings with Sales and address issues with customers.
Manage and monitor disputed cases with customers, collection agencies.
Problem solving attitude.
Monitor the Billing Process and ensure Billing is done promptly.
Monitor the issuance of Credit Memos.
Must possess strong time and people management skills.
Excellent Verbal and written communication skills.
Advanced Excel Skills.
