About the Role

  • Must work closely with the AR Dept.

  • Provide leadership, guidance and mentoring accounts receivables supervisor and team of processors. 

  • Setting objectives and KPIs for the AR team.

  • Make sure the Policy of Credit Terms is adhered to.

  • Closely monitor the Ageing Report ensuring timely collection of payments.

  • Conduct regular meetings with Sales and address issues with customers.

  • Manage and monitor disputed cases with customers, collection agencies.

  • Problem solving attitude.

  • Monitor the Billing Process and ensure Billing is done promptly.

  • Monitor the issuance of Credit Memos.

  • Must possess strong time and people management skills.

  • Excellent Verbal and written communication skills.

  • Advanced Excel Skills.

Requirements

  • Experience: 8-12 years
