We is looking for an Executive Assistant to join our client's team in Bengaluru on a full-time basis. The Executive Assistant will support our leadership team and perform various administrative tasks to ensure efficient and effective operations of the company.
Responsibilities
To be the first point of contact for all official works
Perform administrative tasks such as answering calls and writing memos
Scheduling; reviewing, prioritizing and responding to emails
Answering and returning phone calls
Organizing documents; maintaining records
Taking notes at meetings and any other administrative tasks which shall help the director.

Well versed in Digital Organization.
Proficient in MS office
Schedule meetings

Requirements
Qualifications
Minimum of 6-7 years of experience as an Executive Assistant and Administration role.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other team members across all levels of the organization
Proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion, integrity, and professionalism
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and other relevant software tools
