Role Description

We is looking for an Executive Assistant to join our client's team in Bengaluru on a full-time basis. The Executive Assistant will support our leadership team and perform various administrative tasks to ensure efficient and effective operations of the company.

Responsibilities

  • To be the first point of contact for all official works

  • Perform administrative tasks such as answering calls and writing memos

  • Scheduling; reviewing, prioritizing and responding to emails

  • Answering and returning phone calls

  • Organizing documents; maintaining records

  • Taking notes at meetings and any other administrative tasks which shall help the director.

  • Knowing All the Best-Kept Secrets.

  • Well versed in Digital Organization.

  • Proficient in MS office

  • Schedule meetings

  • Engage with clients

  • Plan travel

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 6-7 years of experience as an Executive Assistant and Administration role.

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other team members across all levels of the organization

  • Proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion, integrity, and professionalism

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and other relevant software tools
