About the Role

  • Identifying potential customers and generate leads through various channels, such as cold calling, networking and referrals.

  • Conduct in-person meetings and presentations to promote and demonstrate value of the product to prospective clients.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.

  • Collaborate with Sales team to develop sales strategies, achieve sales targets and maximize revenue opportunities.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.

  • Manage assigned territories effectively, including planning and organising daily schedules to optimize client visits and sales opportunities.

  • Conduct regular visits to customer sites. 

  • Gather market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitors information to provide valuable insights to the sales team.

  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotes, and contracts to clients, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, customer information, sales activities and sales pipeline updates.

  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts, highlighting key performance indicators, sales achievements, and areas for improvement.

  • Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for sales growth and develop targeted sales strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

  • Proven track record of 3-5 years of successful experience in field sales or a similar role.

  • Strong knowledge of the sales process, including lead generation, prospecting, negotiating, and closing deals.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and target-driven.

  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

  • Willingness to travel frequently within assigned territories.
