About the Role
Identifying potential customers and generate leads through various channels, such as cold calling, networking and referrals.
Conduct in-person meetings and presentations to promote and demonstrate value of the product to prospective clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Collaborate with Sales team to develop sales strategies, achieve sales targets and maximize revenue opportunities.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
Manage assigned territories effectively, including planning and organising daily schedules to optimize client visits and sales opportunities.
Conduct regular visits to customer sites.
Gather market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitors information to provide valuable insights to the sales team.
Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotes, and contracts to clients, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, customer information, sales activities and sales pipeline updates.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts, highlighting key performance indicators, sales achievements, and areas for improvement.
Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for sales growth and develop targeted sales strategies.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Proven track record of 3-5 years of successful experience in field sales or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of the sales process, including lead generation, prospecting, negotiating, and closing deals.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and target-driven.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Willingness to travel frequently within assigned territories.
