About the Role
Primary responsibilities
Drive integration related activities between SuccessFactors EC & SAP ECC primarily related to master data replication between both systems
Provide integration expertise in SCPI and SOAMANAGER configuration in SAP S4 system.
Work individually and have good knowledge on logs and monitoring activity in SAP ECC/Hana such as SLG1, SRTUTIL.
Understanding the BIB configuration and Value mapping in S4 Hana.
Analyze day to day replication jobs for error resolution. Skills included ABAP debugging, using SPRO t-Code, SCPI Integration & basic functional knowledge on Employee Central
Coordinate closely with the Data Management, Payroll & Finance teams to ensure the data errors are resolved and the data is in sync between EC & SAP ECC
Frequent data comparison activities between EC, SAP ECC & S4 to ensure accuracy of data between systems
Understand and analyze integration requirements and apply best practice methods
Integration testing & handling of integration incidents and development requests
If possible, help with EC work related tasks
Additional Responsibilities
Provide leadership and expert knowledge of BIB technology in building best integrations between EC, ECC & S4 systems while adhering to best practices and quality standards.
Collaborate with Architects from EC, ECC & S4 team to design & develop the BIB integration as per the required needs.
Create and maintain design specifications, architectural diagrams, and process diagrams supporting and communicating changes to SuccessFactors platform applications.
Creating project and application architecture deliverables that are consistent with architecture principles, standards, methodologies, and best practices.
Providing support / guidance to the development teams during the analysis, development, and testing processes.
Provide inputs to create Agile user stories based on business requirements
Participate in E2E functionality assessment during Validation Testing phases (SIT, UAT)
Experience with technical programming; capable of managing and overseeing global teams designing, programming, and implementing various technical solutions
Requirements
Qualifications and Required Skills:
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or related discipline. While an advanced degree is preferred, the value is placed on the extent of the relevant experience and accomplishments
4 to 8 years of Industry experience, in developing and architecture of software platforms, products.
Prior experience in leading architecture activities like designing, roadmap, & proof-of-concepts.
Ability to manage multiple customers, complex projects, and multiple initiatives at the same time.
