About the Role
Responsibilities:
Manage the delivery of creative and design projects
Hands on delivery of key creative jobs - Website designs, UX design, branding projects & digital campaign creative
Work with developers to ensure final product maintains design integrity
Manage the delivery of digital production jobs with freelancers and contract agencies - HTML5, video, web development
Being in line with the latest trends across functions and initiate to apply in day-to-day work
Use creative expertise to interpret a client’s vision and make it a tangible and deliverable product
Plan and implement client estimates and budgets to ensure both quality and efficiency, and establish schedules for project delivery
Ensure projects are delivered as per schedule and specs, within estimated costs of production and ideation
Participate in pitching for new clients and projects
Design and maintain internal marketing activity and brand assets (Nibble Digital website, credentials decks, proposals, social media channels)
Requirements
Knowledge & tools:
Limitations and possibilities of web and mobile technology / concepts.
Expertise in UX concepts and functions
UX and design tools - FIGMA, Sketch, Adobe creative suite
Evolving technologies

Being an eagle-eyed QA - catching bugs and design errors before they ever reach the client
