The inception of every new venture begins with a personal and professional motivation; a need to control one’s own destiny and the desire to build something from scratch. The need to define their motifs is what inspired Nisha Nathan and Selina Mark to begin Crew Kraftorz!
Crew Kraftorz is the brainchild of its architects; two independent and strong-willed women with the desire, drive, and passion to put a personal touch into doing business! Nothing can be more inspiring and promising than establishing an organization stemmed from the courage to set forth and continue the family legacy of helping others stand on their own two feet.
Selina and Nisha took the initiative to Kraft a community to help anyone who come their way looking for a job. They also quickly came to the realization that business owners are struggling to find quality Crews they can trust with their management and development. Numerous brainstorm sessions later came the creation of Crew Kraftorz. Fast forward to July 2021, Crew Kraftorz became operational on paper; there’s been no looking back since!
Selina Mark
Managing Partner - Operations
Her enthusiasm and need to help people, ever since she was a little girl, made Selina quickly recognize her passion; people. With her mind focused on the determination to follow her dream, after a brief stint in training and customer service, she completed her MBA degree in Human Resources from Madras University and became an “HR”.
Selina’s late father’s selfless compassion to help anyone in need without expecting anything in return, is her inspiration that spearheaded Crew Kraftorz. With over 20 years of experience in the field and with a deep understanding and knowledge of human nature, her motive for Crew Kraftorz is to make sure she finds the right job for the right person.
Nisha Nathan
Managing Partner - Sales & Marketing
Nisha, a sales person with a marketing mindset, is a creative dreamer at heart! With over 17 years of experience working in the sales & marketing department of various industries and sectors, Nisha is well-versed in the art of selling, marketing, and branding. Her unconventional creativity and ingenious marketing solutions have been instrumental in helping many businesses flourish.
Her passion at Crew Kraftorz is to use her knowledge and skillsets to curate creative solutions with a result-oriented marketing approach for all her clients.
