About the Role

We are seeking a talented and passionate Full Stack / Backend Developer to join our in-house product development team. In this role, you will work on developing scalable enterprise applications, APIs, automation workflows, AI-assisted tools, and internal business systems.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain scalable backend services and REST APIs
  • Build and manage internal business applications and automation systems
  • Design secure, high-performance server-side architecture
  • Work with PostgreSQL database design, optimization, and maintenance
  • Integrate third-party APIs and cloud services
  • Develop AI-assisted workflows and automation solutions
  • Collaborate with frontend developers and cross-functional teams
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance
  • Participate in deployment, server management, and CI/CD processes
  • Maintain coding standards, documentation, and version control

Required skills and experience

  • Strong knowledge of Node.js
  • Experience with Express.js or Nest JS
  • REST API development
  • Authentication & Authorization (JWT/OAuth)
  • Basic understanding of React.js or Next.js
  • HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript
  • PostgreSQL (preferred)
  • Database schema design and query optimization
  • Basic understanding of AI development workflows
  • Experience using AI coding tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor AI, Chat GPT, Claude AI
  • Knowledge of automation platforms such as n8n or Zapier
  • Understanding of API-based AI integrations is an added advantage

  • Postman
  • Linux basics
  • Basic cloud knowledge (AWS/Azure)

Good to have

  • Knowledge of RFID/barcode integrations
  • Experience developing ERP/CRM/internal business systems
  • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines
  • Redis or caching concepts
  • Basic knowledge of cloud deployments
