Key responsibilities

- Support recruitment coordination, employee documentation, and HR operations.
- Assist in scheduling interviews and maintaining employee records.
- Coordinate with internal teams for HR-related activities.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and coordination skills.
- Willingness to learn freight forwarding operations and backend processes.
- Strong attention to detail and process-oriented mindset.
