About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud Advanced Supply Chain Planning Functional Consultant to lead planning transformation initiatives and implement planning solutions across various domains.

Key responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud Supply Chain Planning modules including Demand Management, Supply Planning, Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), Product Planning, and Spares Planning.
- Conduct business requirement gathering, workshops, and process mapping for enterprise planning processes.
- Configure and implement forecasting models, demand plans, supply plans, and inventory planning strategies within Oracle Fusion Cloud.
- Support product lifecycle planning and spare parts planning to optimize service levels and inventory availability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate planning modules with Inventory, Procurement, Manufacturing, Maintenance, and Order Management.
- Manage data migration, master data setup, and planning parameter configuration.
- Lead system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and go-live support activities.
- Prepare functional specifications, solution design documents (SDD), and training materials for business users.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance forecasting accuracy, inventory optimization, and planning efficiency.
- Provide post-go-live stabilization and production support.
Required skills and experience
- 12+ years of experience in Oracle Supply Chain Planning solutions with strong functional expertise.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Planning modules such as Demand Management, Supply Planning, S&OP, Product Planning, and Spares Planning.
- Proven experience delivering multiple full lifecycle Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations.
- Strong understanding of supply chain planning processes, forecasting techniques, inventory optimization, and service parts planning.
- Experience integrating planning modules with core Oracle SCM modules including Inventory, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Order Management.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills.
Good to have
- Experience in large-scale global supply chain transformation programs.
- Oracle Cloud certification in Supply Chain Planning modules.
- Exposure to advanced analytics and reporting tools within Oracle Cloud.
