Key responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and key stakeholders.
- Lead client meetings, presentations, design discussions, and project reviews.
- Translate client requirements into clear design and execution strategies.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Oversee project progress, timelines, and quality standards.
- Lead and mentor design teams while maintaining design excellence.
- Support business development through client relationship management, networking, and project pitches.
Required skills and experience
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture. • Minimum 8 years of professional architectural experience with strong client-facing responsibilities. • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. • Strong project coordination and team leadership abilities. • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive them to successful completion. • Software Proficiency: - Drafting: AutoCAD - 3D Modelling: SketchUp, Revit, Rhino (preferred) - Rendering & Visualization: Lumion, Enscape, V-Ray, Twinmotion - Presentation & Documentation: Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, PowerPoint, Canva - Project Coordination: Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, MS Project (preferred)
