About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Application Support Engineer to manage and support engineering and construction project management tools such as Prolog, ProjectSight, CostX, and similar platforms.
This role requires a strong understanding of construction workflows, hands-on experience in application configuration and support, and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues while working closely with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
Application Support & Administration
Provide Tier 2/3 support for Prolog and related applications, ensuring system stability and timely issue resolution.
Troubleshoot workflow issues, configuration problems, and performance bottlenecks.
Administer and configure modules such as cost control, document management, RFIs, submittals, and contracts.
Manage support tickets through tools like ServiceNow and coordinate with vendors when required.
System Configuration & Maintenance
Configure user roles, permissions, workflows, templates, and project structures.
Support system upgrades, patches, testing, and rollout of new features.
Assist with data imports/exports, integrations, and environment setup.
User Support & Enablement
Provide hands-on support and guidance to end users across engineering and project teams.
Develop training materials, documentation, and best-practice guides.
Conduct onboarding and refresher sessions for users on supported tools.
Data, Reporting & Analysis
Perform data validation, quality checks, and reconciliation across systems.
Generate reports, dashboards, and analytics for project and management teams.
Translate business requirements into system reports and outputs.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with project managers, engineers, estimators, and finance teams to understand workflows.
Collaborate with IT and development teams on integrations and system improvements.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for system efficiency and user experience.
Required Skills & Experience
5–10 years of experience in application support or engineering systems.
Hands-on experience with Prolog, ProjectSight, CostX, or similar tools.
Strong understanding of construction workflows (RFIs, submittals, cost management, document control).
Experience with application configuration, workflow administration, and reporting.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Familiarity with SQL, data structures, or reporting tools is an advantage.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to support users across technical levels.
Good to Have
Experience in the engineering, construction, or infrastructure domain.
Exposure to ITSM tools like ServiceNow.
Experience supporting multiple enterprise applications.
Willingness to learn and support additional engineering tools.
