About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Salon Manager to lead daily operations and ensure exceptional client service at a premium salon location. This role involves overseeing staff, managing inventory, coordinating client appointments, and driving retail sales—all while upholding the highest standards of cleanliness and professionalism. You will be the face of the salon, responsible for smooth service delivery, team coordination, and maintaining a loyal clientele.

Must-Have Skills:


  • Strong client servicing and interpersonal communication

  • Staff scheduling, team motivation, and daily operations management

  • Experience in managing billing and point-of-sale systems

  • Proficiency in inventory and retail product handling

  • Solid understanding of hygiene and salon upkeep standards

  • Ability to handle VIP and high-profile clientele with discretion

  • Organized, self-driven, and detail-oriented


Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead the team to achieve monthly sales targets and maintain high service standards

  • Handle client management – from greeting and booking to feedback and retention

  • Maintain salon hygiene, cleanliness, and ambiance to luxury service standards

  • Oversee staff rosters, shift planning, and task assignments

  • Manage retail inventory, track usage, and optimize stock levels

  • Coordinate marketing activities like promotional offers and client outreach

  • Monitor emails, inter-branch communication, and scheduling

  • Support VIP experiences and celebrity client coordination when required

  • Provide internal training and ensure team compliance with salon SOPs


Good to Have:


  • Experience in premium salons, hospitality, or spa environments

  • Basic sales skills to drive product upselling and service add-ons

  • Friendly demeanor with a calm, problem-solving attitude

  • Ability to multitask under pressure and maintain a pleasant client experience

  • Familiarity with CRM or appointment management tools
