About the Role

We are looking for a Brand Marketing Lead who can own brand strategy, digital presence, and content direction end-to-end. This role requires a strong balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution across brand positioning, digital campaigns, content marketing, and customer engagement.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital marketing channels, strong content instincts, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to drive brand growth.

Required Skills & Experience


  • 4–5 years of experience in Brand Marketing and Content Marketing with strong digital exposure.

  • Proven hands-on experience in content writing (long-form, short-form, and campaign content).

  • Strong experience in social media management and community engagement.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Experience managing or working closely with design teams.

  • Creative, energetic, and proactive mindset with strong ownership of outcomes.


Brand Strategy & Positioning


  • Develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy tailored to the Indian market.

  • Strengthen brand positioning as a premium, trust-led offering within the health and wellness space.

  • Leverage consumer insights to refine messaging and brand narratives.


Digital Marketing & Campaign Execution


  • Plan and manage multi-channel digital campaigns across social media, email, SEO, and paid platforms.

  • Drive content strategy across blogs, website, ads, emailers, and campaign creatives.

  • Lead content writing efforts to ensure clear, compelling, and high-impact communication.

  • Manage and grow social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

  • Track, measure, and optimize campaign performance using analytics and insights.


Customer Engagement & Experience


  • Enhance customer journey touchpoints to build long-term trust and loyalty.

  • Lead engagement initiatives using personalized messaging, success stories, and interactive content.


Collaboration & Team Management


  • Work closely with product, sales, and creative teams to ensure brand consistency.

  • Manage and coordinate with external agencies for content, media buying, and events.

  • Mentor junior brand and marketing team members.

  • Collaborate closely with designers and oversee creative output aligned with brand objectives.


Market & Competitive Analysis


  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

  • Recommend innovative branding and campaign initiatives based on market insights.
