About the Role
We are looking for a Brand Marketing Lead who can own brand strategy, digital presence, and content direction end-to-end. This role requires a strong balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution across brand positioning, digital campaigns, content marketing, and customer engagement.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital marketing channels, strong content instincts, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to drive brand growth.

Required Skills & Experience
4–5 years of experience in Brand Marketing and Content Marketing with strong digital exposure.
Proven hands-on experience in content writing (long-form, short-form, and campaign content).
Strong experience in social media management and community engagement.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Experience managing or working closely with design teams.
Creative, energetic, and proactive mindset with strong ownership of outcomes.
Brand Strategy & Positioning
Develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy tailored to the Indian market.
Strengthen brand positioning as a premium, trust-led offering within the health and wellness space.
Leverage consumer insights to refine messaging and brand narratives.
Digital Marketing & Campaign Execution
Plan and manage multi-channel digital campaigns across social media, email, SEO, and paid platforms.
Drive content strategy across blogs, website, ads, emailers, and campaign creatives.
Lead content writing efforts to ensure clear, compelling, and high-impact communication.
Manage and grow social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Track, measure, and optimize campaign performance using analytics and insights.
Customer Engagement & Experience
Enhance customer journey touchpoints to build long-term trust and loyalty.
Lead engagement initiatives using personalized messaging, success stories, and interactive content.
Collaboration & Team Management
Work closely with product, sales, and creative teams to ensure brand consistency.
Manage and coordinate with external agencies for content, media buying, and events.
Mentor junior brand and marketing team members.
Collaborate closely with designers and oversee creative output aligned with brand objectives.
Market & Competitive Analysis
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Recommend innovative branding and campaign initiatives based on market insights.
