About the Role

We are looking for Business Development professionals at both Executive and Senior Executive levels to drive client acquisition and revenue growth. The role requires strong communication skills, quick thinking, and a proactive mindset.


This is a hands-on, execution-focused role suited for individuals who can move fast, think practically, and build strong client relationships rather than relying only on theoretical knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound and inbound channels.

  • Reach out to potential clients via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and meetings.

  • Understand client needs and position relevant digital solutions effectively.

  • Prepare proposals, pitch decks, and commercial discussions.

  • Maintain and update CRM records and sales pipelines.

  • Follow up consistently to close leads and convert opportunities.

  • Build long-term relationships with clients and act as a key point of contact.

  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth handover and delivery.

Additional Responsibilities (Senior Level)

  • Own end-to-end sales cycles from lead generation to closure.

  • Mentor junior team members and guide them on sales conversations.

  • Contribute to sales strategy, outreach planning, and process improvements.

  • Support leadership with market insights, competitor analysis, and revenue forecasting.

Experience Requirements

  • Business Development Executive: 1–2 years of relevant experience in sales or business development.

  • Senior Business Development Executive: 4–5 years of experience with proven closure capability.

  • Experience in digital marketing, agency, services, or B2B environments is a strong advantage.
