About the Role
We are hiring a Candidate Success Executive to play a pivotal role in onboarding aspiring Mutual Fund Distributors (MFDs). You will engage with prospective candidates through outbound calls, educate them about the distributor opportunity, and ensure they enroll in the training program. This is a fast-paced, communication-driven role that requires persistence, adaptability, and a strong focus on lead management. Your contribution will directly impact the growth of the MFD network and financial inclusion at scale.
Requirements
Location: Chennai
Experience: 0 - 4 years
Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days
Department: Candidate Outreach & Success
Qualification: Any graduate (BFSI or sales background preferred)
Must-Have Skills:
Excellent communication in Hindi and English
Prior experience in tele-calling, lead generation, or client acquisition
Strong follow-up and persistence to drive conversions
Understanding of sales funnels and onboarding workflows
Basic CRM usage and lead tracking proficiency
Key Responsibilities:
Perform cold and warm calls to engage with leads interested in MFD certification
Explain the MFD program, earnings potential, and certification process
Schedule onboarding sessions and coordinate with internal teams
Maintain accurate lead status and update CRM tools
Follow up consistently to ensure training enrollment and program completion
Communicate clearly with candidates to resolve concerns and build trust
Meet weekly/monthly outreach and conversion targets
Good to Have:
Experience in BFSI, fintech, or education platforms
Knowledge of mutual funds, distributor models, or NISM V-A certification process
Proficiency in additional Indian languages
Self-driven attitude with a commitment to deliver outcomes
