Chief Trainer & Knowledge Partner

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Chief Trainer & Knowledge Partner – Mutual Funds to lead our learning initiatives for Mutual Fund Distributors (MFDs). In this role, you'll design, deliver, and manage impactful training programs, act as the face of our LMS (Learning Management System), and contribute to establishing a thought leadership presence across webinars, podcasts, and workshops. This position combines deep industry knowledge, engaging delivery, and a passion for empowering financial professionals.

Qualification: NISM V-A Certification preferred; Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong knowledge of mutual funds, financial advisory practices, and NISM certifications

• Experience in training, course development, or distribution/advisory roles

• Excellent presentation and communication skills

• Comfortable conducting webinars, workshops, and live/recorded training sessions

• Ability to simplify complex financial concepts for diverse audiences

• Fluency in both Hindi and English

• Exposure to online learning tools or LMS platforms

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and manage LMS content – maintain up-to-date, relevant courses for MFDs

• Develop and deliver courses in NISM V-A, sales techniques, client management, and more

• Conduct webinars, masterclasses, and online workshops for distributors

• Mentor learners and provide guidance throughout their professional journey

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to build industry-relevant modules

• Represent the learning platform through digital channels like podcasts and video content

• Share insights on industry trends, regulatory updates, and MFD best practices

• Work closely with marketing to produce content for blogs, newsletters, and social media

Good to Have:

• Public speaking experience and comfort in front of the camera

• Background in financial literacy education or content creation

• Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design

• Experience representing brands in panels, webinars, or conferences

• Strong passion for mentoring and building knowledge communities
