About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated and articulate Customer Onboarding Specialist to guide potential partners through the journey of becoming Mutual Fund Distributors (MFDs). You will act as the first point of contact for interested candidates—educating them on the opportunity, addressing their questions, and helping them complete their onboarding and training process. This role blends customer engagement with financial education and is ideal for someone passionate about empowering individuals with new career opportunities in the mutual fund ecosystem.

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
Must-Have Skills:
Excellent verbal communication in Hindi and English
Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills
Ability to explain complex financial concepts in a simple, engaging way
A confident, empathetic, and motivating communication style
Willingness to work in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct 1-on-1 sessions with prospective MFDs to explain the opportunity
Educate them about mutual fund distribution, earnings potential, and certification steps
Guide candidates through the NISM V-A training enrollment and onboarding
Provide ongoing support until registration and ARN (AMFI Registration Number) completion
Address queries around regulatory and documentation requirements
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding journey
Track and report onboarding progress and outcomes
Good to Have:
Previous experience in customer onboarding, sales, or support (especially in financial services)
Familiarity with mutual fund products or certification processes
Strong follow-up and task management capabilities
Proactive mindset with a passion for helping people start new careers
