About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Design Lead – Centre of Excellence to own and elevate the end-to-end design function. This role combines creative direction, design systems, and design operations, ensuring brand consistency and high-quality execution across campaigns, product interfaces, web, motion, events, and sales enablement assets.
You will be responsible for setting the creative bar, building and mentoring a multidisciplinary design team, and partnering closely with marketing, product, and business stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience
7–10 years of overall design experience with 3+ years in a design leadership role.
Strong portfolio across brand, marketing, and product/UI design.
Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
Working knowledge of motion tools such as After Effects and Premiere Pro.
Proven experience building design systems, templates, and scalable production workflows.
Strong stakeholder communication, briefing, and critique skills.
Process-driven mindset with high attention to detail and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Direction & Standards
Define, evolve, and maintain the brand’s visual language across all touchpoints.
Review high-impact design work and ensure consistent craft quality and brand adherence.
Design Systems & Templates
Build scalable design systems and modular templates for ads, social media, landing pages, sales decks, events, and video assets.
Enable speed and consistency without limiting creative flexibility.
Team Leadership & Mentorship
Lead, coach, and grow a team of graphic, UI, and motion designers.
Conduct regular design critiques, 1:1s, and development plans to raise overall quality.
Design Operations & Delivery
Partner with internal teams to manage design intake, prioritisation, and delivery timelines.
Balance tactical requests with long-term strategic initiatives while managing capacity and dependencies.
Quality Assurance & Accessibility
Establish strong QA processes for design specifications, exports, localisation, and accessibility.
Ensure compliance with usability, legibility, and accessibility standards by default.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Translate business objectives into clear design briefs.
Work closely with content, performance marketing, product, sales, and growth teams to align outcomes.
Asset Management & Tooling
Own the design asset library/DAM including master files, components, brand guides, and version control.
Manage design tools and workflows across Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, and motion tools.
Measurement & Continuous Improvement
Publish regular design performance reports covering volume, turnaround time, revisions, and stakeholder feedback.
Use insights to continuously improve design systems, processes, and team workflows.
