About the Role
We are looking for a Digital Media Platforms Specialist to support the planning, execution, optimisation, and reporting of digital media campaigns across search, social, and programmatic platforms. Reporting into the Head of Media, this role works closely with account service and strategy teams to ensure campaigns are executed efficiently and aligned with client objectives.
The role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable managing multiple live campaigns while maintaining strong client and internal communication

Key Responsibilities
Campaign Setup, Execution & Optimisation
Set up and manage digital media campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, DV360, and The Trade Desk.
Ensure campaigns are correctly configured with optimal targeting, creative, and budget settings.
Monitor live campaigns daily, adjusting bids, budgets, and targeting to meet KPIs and pacing requirements.
Run A/B tests on creatives, bidding strategies, and targeting approaches to improve performance.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
Review daily campaign performance and identify optimisation opportunities.
Compile performance reports, insights, and recommendations for internal teams and clients.
Assist in preparing weekly and final campaign analysis reports.
Escalate performance issues proactively and ensure timely resolution.
Planning & Collaboration
Gather assets and plan upcoming campaigns to ensure readiness for launch.
Work closely with account managers and strategy teams to align execution with media plans.
Support client managers with data, insights, and recommendations to strengthen client conversations.
Troubleshooting & Continuous Improvement
Identify and resolve campaign issues related to delivery, performance, or technical challenges.
Stay updated on digital media trends, platform updates, and new opportunities in the media landscape.
Required Skills & Attributes
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proven ability to manage client relationships and collaborate across teams.
High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
Ability to analyse data, identify trends, and recommend actionable solutions.
Comfortable working with Excel, Keynote, and Word.
Understanding of financial management, budgeting, and campaign pacing.
Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced agency environment.
Tools & Platform Experience
Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager (mandatory).
Experience with TikTok Ads and LinkedIn Ads Manager is highly preferred.
Familiarity with programmatic platforms such as DV360 and The Trade Desk is an advantage.
