About the Role
We’re hiring an Ecommerce Executive to manage backend operations, reporting, and coordination across major online platforms. In this role, you'll support daily e-commerce functions on e-commerce platforms and B2B/QComm channels. The ideal candidate is data-savvy, proactive, and experienced in handling MIS reports, online product performance tracking, and platform coordination. This is a critical role for streamlining online operations and driving business decisions through insights.
Requirements
Location: Chennai
Experience: 3 to 4 years
Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days
Department: Ecommerce & Marketplace Operations
Qualification: Graduate in Business, Commerce, or related field
Must-Have Skills:
Experience with eCommerce marketplaces
Strong knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and data reporting tools
Familiarity with QComm and B2B platforms
Excellent in generating, managing, and interpreting MIS reports
Solid understanding of ecommerce backend operations and listings
Analytical thinking and ability to generate actionable insights
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and manage ecommerce MIS reports across platforms
Analyze performance data to support business decisions and optimizations
Coordinate and execute daily operations on eCommerce platforms
Monitor QComm/B2B portals and ensure product availability and performance
Collaborate with sales, warehouse, and content teams to streamline processes
Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and reporting accuracy
Good to Have:
Experience in cosmetics, personal care, or lifestyle product categories
Basic knowledge of tools like Google Sheets, analytics dashboards, or ERP systems
Strong communication and cross-functional coordination skills
Proactive mindset with attention to detail and accuracy
