About the Role

We are looking for a proactive Front Office Executive to manage client communications and lead generation for immigration services. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, provide accurate information about visa and immigration processes, and maintain client engagement through systematic follow-ups. This is a people-facing role that requires excellent communication, client handling, and multitasking skills while ensuring a welcoming and organized front office environment.

Requirements

Location: Hyderabad (Kompally)
Experience: 6 months to 2 years
Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days
Department: Client Relations & Front Office Operations
Qualification: Any graduate with good communication skills


Must-Have Skills:


  • Excellent verbal communication in English, Hindi, and Telugu (preferred)

  • Confident phone handling and client conversation skills

  • Ability to manage cold calling, lead generation, and follow-ups

  • Basic knowledge of CRM systems for lead tracking

  • Ability to explain processes clearly and answer client queries patiently

  • Strong organization and time management skills


Key Responsibilities:


  • Make outbound calls to potential clients seeking immigration assistance

  • Handle inbound inquiries related to visa options and immigration programs

  • Provide clear, accurate information on application processes, eligibility, and documentation

  • Generate leads through calls, referrals, and systematic follow-ups

  • Maintain and update lead databases with accurate client details

  • Nurture potential clients through regular follow-ups until conversion

  • Clarify client doubts and guide them effectively through initial stages


Good to Have:


  • Prior experience in immigration consulting or telecalling for services

  • Knowledge of Canada PR, Australia PR, student visas, work permits

  • Ability to handle high call volumes while maintaining quality conversations

  • Friendly, professional demeanor and customer-first mindset
