Requirements
Junior Recruiter
Experience: Minimum 6 months in recruitment
Location: Chennai
Work Mode: hybrid
Department: Human Resources
Employment Type: full-time
Notice Period: Immediate
Key responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, references, and databases
- Understand client requirements and identify suitable candidates
- Conduct initial HR screening and interview coordination
- Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with clients and candidates
- Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers
- Build strong relationships with candidates and provide a positive hiring experience
Required skills and experience
- Minimum 6 months of recruitment experience
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident in speaking with candidates and clients
- Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good coordination and follow-up skills
- Basic knowledge of job portals and sourcing methods preferred
