About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Operations Assistant to play a key role in setting up and supporting the daily operations of the Bangalore office. This position is critical in ensuring operational efficiency, smooth communication, and a positive team culture across global teams.

This is an early-shift role, starting at 6:30 AM IST, to align with international stakeholders. The role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced creative or digital agency environments and enjoys being at the center of operations.

Required Skills & Experience


  • Prior experience working in a creative, digital, or marketing agency environment (mandatory).

  • Strong proficiency with project management and administrative tools such as Asana, Teamwork, Google Workspace, Xero, and Zoho.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to liaise with international stakeholders.

  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.

  • Willingness and ability to consistently work the early shift starting at 6:30 AM IST.


Operations & Platform Management


  • Own and manage agency platforms and tools including Google Workspace, Asana, Teamwork, Slack, Zoho, and other operational systems.

  • Maintain user access, permissions, and ensure consistent tool adoption across teams and locations.


Office & Team Administration


  • Act as the primary office administrator, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the Bangalore office.

  • Serve as a cultural ambassador by organizing team events, celebrations, and engagement activities.

  • Foster a collaborative, friendly, and professional work environment.

  • Provide administrative support to global leadership teams, enabling them to focus on client delivery and growth initiatives.


Finance & Administrative Support


  • Handle finance-related administrative tasks such as expense reconciliation, invoice coordination, and data entry using tools like Xero and Zoho.


Agency Resourcing & Planning


  • Maintain and manage agency-wide calendars, tracking leaves, public holidays, and team availability.

  • Support accurate resource planning and scheduling across global delivery teams.
