About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and creative Senior Executive – Digital Marketing to drive brand visibility and lead generation across digital platforms. You’ll manage social media content, SEO/SEM strategies, performance marketing campaigns, and marketing automation across multiple channels. This role requires hands-on execution and strategic thinking to support business growth, especially in international markets such as Europe and the U.S.

Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA preferred); Digital Marketing certification is a plus
Must-Have Skills:
Social Media Management & Content Strategy
Paid campaigns: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube Ads
Google Ads (Search & Display), Google Analytics
SEO: On-page optimization, keyword research, landing page optimization
Email marketing, drip campaigns, and loyalty campaigns
Campaign performance tracking and reporting across multiple platforms
Experience with Martech tools and dashboards
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical skills for interpreting marketing data
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, create, and manage engaging content across social media platforms
Execute performance marketing campaigns to support brand goals
Monitor campaign KPIs like ROAS, CTR, and conversions; optimize as needed
Manage website SEO to maintain top search rankings
Coordinate with creative and sales teams to maintain consistent brand messaging
Create and automate email marketing campaigns
Analyze campaign and competitor performance; provide actionable insights
Ensure consistent brand tone across all digital channels
Manage paid listings on third-party platforms and directories
Good to Have:
Experience working with international audiences (Europe/U.S.)
Proficiency in tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, YouTube Studio
Prior agency or brand-side experience in content and campaign execution
Ability to build data-backed recommendations and optimization plans
Knowledge of branding principles and audience segmentation
