About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and creative Senior Executive – Digital Marketing to drive brand visibility and lead generation across digital platforms. You’ll manage social media content, SEO/SEM strategies, performance marketing campaigns, and marketing automation across multiple channels. This role requires hands-on execution and strategic thinking to support business growth, especially in international markets such as Europe and the U.S.

Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA preferred); Digital Marketing certification is a plus



Must-Have Skills:


  • Social Media Management & Content Strategy

  • Paid campaigns: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube Ads

  • Google Ads (Search & Display), Google Analytics

  • SEO: On-page optimization, keyword research, landing page optimization

  • Email marketing, drip campaigns, and loyalty campaigns

  • Campaign performance tracking and reporting across multiple platforms

  • Experience with Martech tools and dashboards

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong analytical skills for interpreting marketing data


Key Responsibilities:


  • Plan, create, and manage engaging content across social media platforms

  • Execute performance marketing campaigns to support brand goals

  • Monitor campaign KPIs like ROAS, CTR, and conversions; optimize as needed

  • Manage website SEO to maintain top search rankings

  • Coordinate with creative and sales teams to maintain consistent brand messaging

  • Create and automate email marketing campaigns

  • Analyze campaign and competitor performance; provide actionable insights

  • Ensure consistent brand tone across all digital channels

  • Manage paid listings on third-party platforms and directories


Good to Have:


  • Experience working with international audiences (Europe/U.S.)

  • Proficiency in tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, YouTube Studio

  • Prior agency or brand-side experience in content and campaign execution

  • Ability to build data-backed recommendations and optimization plans

  • Knowledge of branding principles and audience segmentation
