Must-Have Skills:


  • Proven experience in managing cross-functional marketing teams

  • Expertise in performance marketing (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn)

  • Strong understanding of SEO best practices and website optimization

  • Hands-on with marketing automation tools and lead nurturing workflows

  • Content strategy and brand positioning knowledge

  • Strong analytical mindset to monitor KPIs and refine strategies

  • Excellent communication and project management skills

  • Fluent in Hindi and English


Key Responsibilities:


  • Define and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business goals

  • Lead teams in content creation, visual design, media buying, SEO, and automation

  • Oversee campaign execution across paid and organic channels to drive lead generation

  • Manage brand identity and content to establish industry authority

  • Ensure SEO practices and website UX enhancements for sustained growth

  • Monitor marketing metrics and generate performance reports for decision-making

  • Manage and optimize the overall marketing budget for maximum ROI

  • Foster a collaborative, high-impact work culture within the team


Good to Have:


  • Experience in fintech or SaaS ecosystems

  • Exposure to CRM and analytics platforms (e.g., HubSpot, GA4, etc.)

  • Background in B2B and B2C marketing strategy

  • Ability to scale campaigns across diverse regions and segments
