Required Skills & Experience
4+ years of experience in salon management (premium salon or spa experience preferred).
Excellent communication and customer-service skills.

Experience in retail sales, stock handling, and operational management.
Comfortable working on weekends and during peak business hours.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day salon operations and ensure achievement of monthly sales targets.
Deliver outstanding customer service and effectively manage client queries and concerns.
Handle VIP clients and ensure high standards of hospitality and service delivery.
Lead, train, and manage salon staff performance, productivity, and rostering.
Manage billing operations, stock control, inventory, and retail sales.
Maintain salon hygiene, ambience, cleanliness, and overall upkeep.
Coordinate with other outlet managers and handle administrative communication.
