About the Role
We are looking for a Workday Adaptive Planning Analyst to support and enhance enterprise financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes. This role plays a critical part in maintaining and optimizing the Workday Adaptive Planning platform while working closely with Finance, HR, and IT teams.
The ideal candidate will combine strong FP&A knowledge with hands-on system expertise and a problem-solving mindset to drive accurate planning, reporting, and insights.

Required Skills & Experience
4+ years of overall experience in enterprise financial systems or FP&A environments.
2+ years of hands-on experience with Workday Adaptive Planning or similar planning tools.
Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
Experience with Workday Financials or Workday HCM.
Experience with enterprise data and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or SQL.
Strong Excel and data manipulation skills.
Ability to work cross-functionally with Finance, HR, and IT teams.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
System Administration & Configuration
Maintain and administer the Workday Adaptive Planning system including user access, role-based security, and configurations.
Model Development & Planning
Collaborate with Finance, HR, and IT teams to gather requirements and build scalable, driver-based planning and forecasting models.
Support monthly, quarterly, and annual budgeting and forecasting cycles within Adaptive Planning.
Reporting & Dashboards
Design, build, and automate reports and dashboards to support leadership and strategic decision-making.
Data Accuracy & Integration
Reconcile and validate data across Adaptive Planning, Workday Financials, HRIS, and other source systems.
Ensure data consistency, accuracy, and integrity across platforms.
System Enhancements & Upgrades
Lead system upgrades, enhancements, and feature implementations.
Perform end-to-end testing to ensure platform stability and accuracy.
User Training & Support
Provide training and ongoing support to end-users to improve adoption and effective usage.
Troubleshoot and resolve system or data issues in collaboration with internal teams and Workday support.
Documentation & Governance
Maintain detailed documentation covering system configurations, data flows, and business processes.
